All online orders will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We rely on the tracking number to determine the status of an order. Packages marked as delivered are considered to be as such, and any discrepancies should be discussed with your local post office.

If you'd like to add signature confirmation or insurance to your package, please contact us immediately before or immediately after your order is placed. These add-ons will result in a small additional fee. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the US.
