Shipping + Exchanges
Shipping Policies for Online Sales:
All online orders will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We rely on the tracking number to determine the status of an order. Packages marked as delivered are considered to be as such, and any discrepancies should be discussed with your local post office.
Exchange Policies for Online Sales:
We are happy to exchange or issue store credit for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 2 weeks of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping all unwanted merchandise back to us. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will be able to issue the appropriate amount of store credit. No shipping costs will be refunded.
Some items purchased online are considered final sale and are unable to be exchanged such as: seasonal items, vintage items, apothecary items, candles, food, and all jewelry. All "sale" items are final, and will not be considered for exchange.

We are happy to exchange or issue store credit for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 2 weeks of purchase. The original receipt must be present.
All seasonal items, vintage items, apothecary items, food, plants and all "sale" items are final, and will not be considered for exchange or credit.
Holiday Exchange Policy:
Items purchased between Black Friday and Christmas Eve will be considered for exchange or store credit until 2 weeks after Christmas. Please return merchandise with tags attached, an original receipt, and in new condition.
Sale of all seasonal items, vintage items, apothecary items, food, and "sale" items are final, and will not be considered for exchange or credit.
