COVID-19 Policies

Nava is implementing policies and practices to help keep customers and staff safe during the COVID19 pandemic.

Shopping In-Store
We have temporarily reduced our in-store shopping hours, and will be limiting the store capacity at all times. There may be a wait when you arrive. We ask that all guests use hand sanitizer upon entering the shop, and keep a distance of at least 6 feet between yourself and other guests. All in-store guests are required to wear a mask at all times.

Sunday: closed
Monday: 11am-6pm
Tuesdayby appointment only - email us!
Wednesday: 11am-6pm
Thursday: 11am-6pm
Friday: 11am-6pm
Saturday: 11am-6pm

Shopping Online
More items are available on our online shop than ever before! We are offering free standard shipping on most orders over $60, and free curbside pickup at the shop. Orders are generally shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days once it's shipped, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Curbside Pickup
Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout to let us know you'd like to pickup your order from the store.

When we have collected your items and they are ready to pickup - typically within 24 hours - you will receive an email that your order is ready. Please do not head to the store just yet!

Items can be picked up Monday-Saturday between 11am and 6pm.

When you arrive at the store, please give us a call at (401)-453-6282 to let us know you are here for your order. A staff member will bring your order to the front door for you to collect.
