Shipping for Domestic Orders:


We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $50! For orders under $50 we charge a flat $5 fee for shipping and handling. We use USPS Priority, Flat Rate, and Parcel Post to ship our items. We ship items within 48 hours of your order. Typically your order will arrive in just a couple days. Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions about shipping, we are happy to help!

Shipping for International Orders:


If you are ordering from outside the continental US please email us at info@shopnava.com and we will determine the best and most economical way to ship to you. We require the purchase of insurance for all international orders. PLEASE email us if you have any further questions or concerns about how we will get your NAVA purchase into your eager arms!

Returns for Vintage Items:


We are sorry to say it, but all vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories are non-returnable. If the item purchased was totally misrepresented, we will of course give you store credit for the full purchase price. We do realize that shopping for vintage online can be complicated because each item is unique and it can be difficult to get an accurate idea of the fit and feel without being able to try it on. That is why we encourage you to call or email us with any questions you may have, we are friendly people we promise! We are happy to provide further details about a piece or help determine if it will be a proper fit for you. Above all else we love vintage, and know that half the pleasure is finding a piece that feels like it was made just to fit you. 

Returns for New Items:


All jewelry, cards, notebooks, candles and bath/body products are final sale. Items purchased on sale may only be exchanged for store credit. We accept returns and exchanges on all other new goods for up to 20 days after you receive your NAVA item(s).  You cannot return items that have been worn, altered or washed, and all returns must have original tags on them. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges on returns.
